Hi aspirant, since you have 443 marks in your NEET exam also you belong to OBC category so according to all this info you probability of getting government medical college is somehow less but not impossible as the medical exam council haven't released the cutoff and other information for the admission purposes. So you have to wait for sometime let the complete information come you will get informed.
