445 is enough to get admission in private medical college

Dear Bilal, for you to be qualified in NEET if you are from General Category, youbshould score 50%, if you are from SC,ST, OBC then you should score 40% and if you belong to PWD category, then you should score 45%. These are just the qualifying percentages. However not everyone who has qualified in NEET will be selected and offered a seat during the counselling. The authorities will release cut offs for every category and every Medical college also releases its own Cut offs for every Category. So to be on a safer side your score should be nothing less than 550+. With 450 as a score, it is hard to get a seat if you are from General Category.
