General- 50%
OBC/SC/ST- 40%
PWD- 45%
As you belong to the ST category, you have scored above the qualifying marks and can apply and sit for the NEET exam. Also, you must note that admission in colleges is purely on the basis of marks and rank scored in the exam and not on the basis of board percentage.
