Hello,
If I consider the previous year data.then your chances of getting admission in a government medical college are very good.since you are from a reserved category so you can get admission in a government college through all inda quota .

The cutoff changes almost every year,so not much can be predicted .cutoff depends on the difficulty level of the paper and the number of students who appeared for the entrance exam.
