Hello student student yes 5year integrated course for B.tech and M.Tech is recognised course you can do it and yes even after doing that you want to enroll your in doctoral course then you can surely do PhD from wherever you want. 5 year integrated courses are very common today. Many esteemed universities including IITs, IIITs are offering 5 year B.Tech+M.Tech degree where they reduce you 4 year B.Tech to 3 years, and then teach 2 year M.Tech. Completing 5 year degree from a reputed institute is very well recognised. Also completing yoy M.Tech in 1 less year, opens doors of opportunity for you. Institutes such as IIITs are reputed, and completing an integrated degree from them is highly recognised.

Coming to Phd, yes you can very well start your P.G after M.Tech, either from the same institute or other. In most of the universities you will have to complete there eligibility criteria for Admission to Ph.D programmes, such as some demand GATE score, some take there own tests.
