Yes the Karnataka High Court has ordered the Employees State Insurance Corporation Medical College and Hospital (ESIC) to release the transfer certificates of the MBBS doctors Seeking admission to PG Medical course, without mandating the compulsory bond service of 5 years.

The institutes are directed to upload these certificates to Karnataka Examinations Authority (KEA) for expedited admission process.

This decision was taken because of the Covid-19 situation .
