hey Malini,surely you can get a private medical college for mbbs as you have scored prtty good marks as per the norms of private medical institutes.For that you just have to stay tuned to the counselling process.Talkin about fees, you have to pay high amount of fee since it is a private college where fee is the main issue of many students ,so the would be around 7 to 8 lakh per year for sure .
