It is possible to get a seat in most of the medical colleges as 530 is a decent score if you are domicile of Maharashtra. While choice filling make sure to mention colleges in Jalgaon, Kolhapur, Yavatmal, Nanded, Akola, Nagpur and Dhule to at least ensure your seat as the cutoff for these areas stay low.
