Coming to your question, you do have a good chance of getting a seat in any of the medical colleges of Haryana through State Quota. Following are some of the colleges and their state quota cutoffs for the year 2018 :

Kalpna Chawla Govt. Medical College, Karnal : 547

Shaheed Hasan Khan Mewati Government Medical College, Nalhar : 531

BPS Government Medical College for Women, Sonepat : 535

Pt Bhagwat Dayal Sharma Post Graduate Institute of Medical Sciences, Rohtak : 486

All the colleges had the cutoff below your score which makes you suitable enough to procure a seat, however the cutoff trends may vary which might put you in a bit danger.
But as far as I think, you are on the safe side.
