You need to specify in which college you want to study CS because every college don't give admission with that percentage in 12th result.If you want to take admission through jee mains then you won't be able because threre is a minimum criteria of 65%to take admission in any of the colleges.If you want to take admission through wbjee then there is a chance as some of the colleges do accept it.
