Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC), Pune does not release any separate cut off for reserved categories. There are 10 reserved seats though.

Sadly, it won't be possible for you to secure admission in AFMC with AIR above 5 lacs and 163 marks. AFMC shortlists students with rank above about 100 for interviews.

I will advise you to look for alternative medicine courses like BAMS, BHMS, etc. for admission. If you are not interested in these, it is better to work hard for NEET 2020.
