You can check last 2-3 year cut offs. By doing this you can easily understand trend. Generally there is slight change in cut offs. Sometimes it goes high or sometime it go low. You  can also get idea by seeing past year trend of 6 round cut off .

It would depend on the choices that you have filled,and as per previous year figures we usually see little bit of drastic change in the closing ranks of different colleges. So definitely chances are good for you, if you have filled some new IIITs so as to get CSE.
