As far as I understood from your question is that you want to know whether you y eligible for Google or Microsoft even after having 2 year drop in the first year of B.E. and completing B.E. in 6 years. See this company's offer you jobs only after you have attained your degree, it doesn't matter in how many years you complete it. But definitely you must have all the knowledge that the company desires for that particular post you are applying for. There might be questions about your 2 years drop in the interview and if you can tackle the interviewers well, the ball is in your court. But make sure that you fulfill the eligibility criteria for the particular post while applying for any company.
