As your score in MHTCET is 60...here i m assume that you belong to  general category ..as you didn't mention..
As per cut off rank of mhtcet  around 360 participating institute offere b.tech in state Maharashtra..and if candidates score within 150- 200 ..then you will able to get rank within 1-55 .And if candidates have high rank ..then definitely they best and top colleges as option.
With marks of 60 in MHTCET ..there are less to get admission in civil engineering in  government colleges or colleges  like VJTI and DJS .
But if you belong to reserved category..may you will get in every possible colleges in Maharashtra for civil engineering...:-
