As you have mentioned that you have got 62 percentile and considering you are from sc category and you wanted to know your category rank. See it is a bit difficult to predict your exact category rank because every year different number of candidates appear for the examination.

But I would be giving you an idea on the basis of my calculations so in this percentile your rank would be somewhat around 4L and your Category rank would be around 28k.

Your sc rank will be around 30,000.

With your rank you have very low chances in NITs, IIITs etc, even to get into lower nits your rank should have been at least around 9000 sc rank

For example,

In 6th round of josaa counselling 2020, 9207 sc rank for sc category for gender neutral  for other  state was the closing rank in National Institute of Technology Agartala which is one of the lower NITs and it was for  production engineering.

Above prediction  is on the basis of past year data but  cut off/closing rank for colleges keeps changing every year depending upon many factors like number of students that appeared in the examination, difficulty level of the JEE main question paper for different shifts etc so
