According to your score in JEE Mains i,e 64 from obc- ncl category it is not possible to get admission in any NIT from northeast. The minimum percentile require for admission in NIT is 94 percentile for obc category  and generally on score of 64 marks there is 85 percentile as per career 360 percentile predictor.
