Hello Aspirant, If you got 69.96 percentile in JEE Main then your rank after JEE Main April will be around 3.2 lakhs, More over last year qualifying cutoff for JEE advanced for different categories are

General Category - 89.75

Gen EWS category - 78.21

OBC Category - 74.21

Scheduled Caste - 54.01

Scheduled Tribe - 44.01

PWD - 0.11

This year also cutoff percentile will be close to this, it can differ 2 to 5 percentile, so based on last year result you are eligible for JEE advanced if and only if you are SC, ST or PWD otherwise you are not eligible.

If you have obc, sc, st, pwd quota then you are eligible for JEE Advanced but
if you belong to general category or Gen-EWS category then you are not eligible
