Hello candidate,

The work from home option has always been a topic of hot debate among employees and employers as whether it is a good option or not!!

First let's talk about the advantages- Work from home allows people with physical disabilities to even continue with their work sitting at their homes and avoiding company's losses. It is used by pregnant women to remain connected with their job profiles even during tough times.

Now coming on to the disadvantages- Work from home option is often misused by employees as a a way to avoid going to the offices, and sitting in the comfort of their homes and performing the work. It also prohibits external exposure from the real world due to which the person lacks in personal experience at the ground level.

Hope that this answer was helpful for you!!
