Sorry to say but with this score you cannot get an MBBS seat even in deemed colleges. However, you are eligible to apply for counseling as you've qualified. Moreover, you have to register for counseling once the counseling window opens. But you can still try for AYUSH counseling and admission in deemed or private universities via the state Quota.For that, you've to register here (https://www.mcc.nic.in/) once it opens.
