Hello Aspirant,

I will answer the question from JEE point of view,as per annexure 2(a) for candidates seeking admission into IITs any one of the criteria has to be satisfied,either you have to score 75%(for SC,ST and PwD it's 65%) or above as aggregate marks in board exam of 12th(or its equivalent exam) or you need  to be in the top 20 percentile(category wise) if any one of the above criteria is fulfilled you are eligible.
