The score you mentioned won't qualify you for NEET. Getting into a college will be nearly difficulty, The competition for NEET gets tougher each year, and so do the cut-off scores. Dear sorry to say but with 80 marks in NEET it's impossible to get admission in medical course like MBBS OR BDS.Your score not even qualifies you for NEET exam and getting seat even with management quota.

To be eligible of All India quota counselling students have to score maximum 40 percent in NEET.

The NEET exam is one of the highly competitive exam and the cutoff for medical colleges is generally high .
