Hello Candidate,
According to your mentioned rank your general category rank will be around 1.66 lakh. with this rank you've negligible chances of getting any IIITs or GFITs even with your ST category ranking.
However you have moderate chances of qualifying for jee advanced, so for now you need to wait for the final results and prepare for advance.
