Your category rank is expected to be around 20000. With such rank you do not have chances of getting seat in NIT. You need to score minimum 95-97 percentile in JEE Main considering the previous year cut off. However, you may qualify in JEE Main, last year the cut off percentile for EWS category was 70.2435518 and this year the cut off is expected to be in between 70-75 percentile.  Cut off depends on the total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc. It may increase or decrease depending on these factors.
