Hi Saumya,
                    Well what you have got in your graduation, it's good. But main is CAT. If you don't score good in CAT then all will be well, but if don't score good in CAT, all will go in vain.
But, you have good chances as you have great academics. So, I think you are studious & meritorious as well. So, I think you can do it. So prepare hard for CAT, & aim 95+ percentile in CAT.
Aslo as you can stream diversity, so you aslo have good chances to get in IIM'S.
Also prepare for GD-PI.
