It is a good percentile and firstly, congratulations for that. And since you have belong to the OBC category your chances of getting into good NITs are good. However, computer science engineering is a much sought after branch. And with the competition increasing more and more by the day, it becomes all the more unpredictable.

In accordance to this, you should be able to get into Computer science engineering in some of the newer NITs such as NIT Pondicherry, Delhi, Manipur, Goa and Uttarkhand. Or even some relatively lower ranked NITs such as NIT Agartala can be a choice but it will be tougher.
