total work done=Change in potential energy

                       =60gH

Rate of work done=60gH/12=5gH

for a 50kg person,

total work done=Change in potential energy

                       =mgH

                       =50gH

rate of work done=50gH/11

therefore the ratio of the rate of work done=5gH*11/50gH

                                                               =11/10

                                                                =1.1
