If you could have mentioned your state, answering your query would have been more proper . Meanwhile, cut off for NEET is totally unpredictable and depends on the difficulty level of paper as well as no. Of students appearing for the examination. But for General students , in any state , the cut off goes very high and it is very difficult to get government seat with 400 marks in NEET. You have to at least secure more than 500 marks to get a government seat , special if you belongs to General category.
