A guy who pass 12th in 2019 nd want to do Jee in 2020 so the top 20 percentil for him is measred by the top 20 percentil of 2019 or of 2020

Hello student as they'll measure the top 20 percentile of the students when he pass class 12 so in your case it'll 2019.
The eligibility criteria will consist of important details includes educational qualification, age limit, nationality, subjects in Class 12/10+2 or equivalent and other mandatory details. JEE Main 2020 January attempt will be conducted from January 6 to 11 in complete online mode.

U mean they compare the top 20 percentile for me by the top 20 percentile of 2019
