Yes mbbs completed military doctor can do md/ms as the admission for course of ms/md is by neet- pg for that you only to be eligible for giving the exam for that you can check neet pf eligibility criteria provided by careers360

After giving exam and being qualified you can opt for armed force medical college and work there as military doctor with pursuing md/ms also. For that you need to register from afmc official site during counseling and they give their cutoff and merit list for admission.
