I don't think so it can be possible because both are different domain although somewhat topics are same under Physics section but then also Aeronautical branch is purely different. Since you have completed your UG Degree from EEE and if you wish to enter in Aero sector then you can also apply in the  AFCAT examination that will be faar better.
