F=(2m+1)v/4l
Resonance will occur only when frequency FS will become equal to F.

We have,

V=330ms-1
F=(2m+1)300/40.3
We know that m=0,1,2,3,
F=275hz,825hz,1325hz.
Therefore
Fs is not equal to F
For any value of m
Hence, resonance will not occur in the pipe open at one end
