Hello,

Yes, Aakash study package is no doubt good, however, do not forget to go through NCERT as well. Follow this link to know best NEET preparations tips from experts from Aakash institute: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-2020-preparation-tips-and-online-transition-of-classes-aakash-institute

It's enough if you can practise NCERT along with it. Then you are good to go.

But make sure you clarify all your doubts and don't compromise on concept making. The most important advantage of such coaching institues are the teachers to solve your doubts. Never be ashamed of asking questions or clearing doubts.

Follow and trust your teachers advice. They have the best intentions for you.

Hi Rex Hrishikesh

Everyone is having different opinion for the study materials of different reputed institutes. Talking of study material of aakash, it only depends upon the way you study and memorise them. The more you can learn from them, the more are your chance to clear NEET. For Physics and Chemistry, you can relay on Aakash module and for biology go with NCERT.

Solve as many as question you can and learn from your mistakes.

All the Best

It's a fabulous package given u solve it sincerely and understand the concepts perfectly.... Plus make a habit to do one book for one subject perfectly rather than doing multiple books and getting confused......

Hi Rex!

Regarding study material for NEET, here are a few tips:

  • Ensure that you are thorough with NCERT prescribed textbooks. It is essential to build a good foundation. In physics and chemistry, understand the solved examples because the analogy used in the answers is quite similar to solve NEET questions. In biology, every word is important as 80-85% of the questions are quite direct
  • Then refer to Aakash study material to develop conceptual understanding and practice MCQs. The concepts presented are derived from many reputed books and combined in one package material.
  • Towards the end, I recommend that you solve papers in a mock exam format and analyse your papers after that, outlining strengths and weaknesses. These questions are seldom repeated, their main purpose is to develop time management skills.

Hope this answers your question!

Hi Rex Hrishikesh!

Hope you are doing good.

Honestly,  Aakash is the best for Medical preparations.

I was a part of Aakash too.

Just go through the MCQs in those booklets and solve their question papers.

I feel that is more than enough to get a rank.

Just remember whatever you do, do it your best.

Study the Study materials of Aakash or do the NCERT but do any of it the best.  Don't do both incompletely, that might cause you a problem. So just stick to one.

Hope that was helpful.

All the best for your preparations.

If you are asking this in addition to NCERT , then yes it is really good
But you cannot replace NCERt with these books
So read them alongwith ncert
Do all the mcqs given at the end
And especially chemistry i found that is actually given more in packages than what is required, so you can even skip some of the useless things given in packages
Otherwise they are going to be very helpful if you stufy properly
Make a good schedule
If you read haphazardly then you might not be able to complete everything on time and hence work may get piled up.
Mcqs given at thw end are especially very useful asit gives you a idea how much you have understood

You need not buy other books in the market
If yiu read ncert plus coaching books properly then you can perform very good in neet
So do not waste time in doing additonal books

All the very best
I hope it helps

Hi Rex
Honestly speaking it is far more than enough, too much so. I do not recommend you attempt to learn all of it, since most of the material is out of syllabus and frankly not required for the NEET UG exam. Please pay more attention to NCERT syllabus, and use other material for MCQs, practice and extra questions. Do not lose focus over Aakash, take it easy, and study well.
Hope this helps! Feel free to ask any further queries.

Study material is fine but you should also read NCERT as much as possible. It will clear your concepts.

And try to solve all the examples given there as well. Will build your concept well.

Also try to solve the akash module that has 10000 questions subject wise and chapter wise (I forgot the name). It's very helpful.

Aakash study material is sufficient to prepare for NEET exam.

For chemistry make sure you complete your NCERT book first as you can get direct questions from there.

To score good marks in NEET exam it is very important that your concepts are clear and you build strong fundamentals.

Alongwith, your study material it is very important to refer previous year papers and mock test series for your practice.

All the best for your preparation and exam!!
