You will not be able to get a direct admission in class 10 into NVS or Navodaya Vidyalaya. NVS mostly offers admissions in class 6 through JNVST entrance exam and limited lateral entries are available in class 9 and class 11, depending on seat availability. So you can apply in class 11 after your boards exam. Check their official website to get admission related details.
