PWD quotais for the students for the students who are more than 50% physically disabled and have a medical certificate regarding there impairness. Come under physically disabled quota.Nearly 20 lakh candidates register for GATE Exam. 10% of the students out of this number fall under the category of PwD and Dyslexic. The GoI has formulated rules (in 2013) for the category in all sought of exams so, as to make the playing field level for all the candidates.
