Careers360 college predictor is based on previous year data. The rank and the list of colleges is based on previous year cut off and  marks vs rank data. So the rank that you obtain in 2021 may slightly vary because the factors such as total number of candidates appeared, highest score, lowest score determine the rank of the candidate. Also the cut off in 2021 changes which depends on total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of exam and total number of seats available etc.
