Nhi jinko first round me seat mil chuka hai wo ab apna choice change nhi Kar sakte...ye facility sirf un students ke liye hai jinko first round me seat nhi mila hai.

Yes BCECe has officially announced that students can reedit even in second round counselling as they also have pwemitted studnets who havent registered in 1st round.

Stud ets now can reorder preference and add relevance colleges of their choice vetween 7-9Th August 2018.
