The idea of common school system pursuading in the perspective of Govt which is seen in the nature of policy of Govt is totally of industrialist viewpoint and same need not to be acknowledged by the common people in the name of common school system. Bihar Common School System Commission gave its report in which the commission has proposed to pass a bill namely The Bihar Right to Education and Common School System.
