Hello,

I hope you are doing fine, No you dont need to worry about the examination in dummy schools if you are preparing for IIT or Neet from coaching institutes. Coaching institute will look for that and arrange your marks in 12th. They will provide you the minimum marks for JEE or NEET. So you should focus on your JEE or NEET and should not care about the exams in 12th.
