The college that is allotted to you is as per your rank and merit score, and if the same college you are requesting for has the same eligibility criteria, then only you can get to that college. I must suggest you to directly contact the college directly and ask them for the admission process if there is any possibility, then they will let you know the same and guide you accordingly.
