Aditya engineering college is overall good .it's a private institutions , infrastructure ,campus life , sports facilities all are fine.Teachers are also cooperative . placements are good but as you asked that particularly in civil  then I will say only one thing that it depends upon your ability.if you do your work with passion you will always be successful.
