But, for admission in IITs, one must clear an entrance examand for that The candidates should satisfy at least one of the following two criteria for admission to IITs: Must have secured at least75%aggregate marks in the Class XII (or equivalent) Board examination. Well, there are many other ways to get into IITs for other courses like M.Sc., M.Tech., MA in Humanities, PhD etc.

You have to appear in JEE main in order to take admission in IIT college and also you have to have 75% in your 10+2 to get admission in IIT.

There is no such criteria for admission in IIT , with 12th percentage.
For  admission in IITs you have to clear JEE mains + advanced with good rank under 2500, the competition for iit is way too hard . So the way which leading you to iit is is going through the iit mains +advance test.

No, you cant.To get into IITs you first have to qualify jee mains and then you can appear in jee advance where you will have to score good marks on the basis of which you will get into IITs.
