I would suggest you go through the last year cutoffs of first round of CAP Process on the following link. Here you can find the colleges offering Aeronautical Engineering and their cutoffs.

Make sure you look for proper cutoffs according to Quota (General-G, State-S, TFWS, etc), category (Open, OBC, SC, ST, etc) & also according to the university.
