Armed Forces Medical College (AFMC) is a premier medical institute of India acknowledged as a centre of excellence for education and research. AFMC provides training to undergraduate and postgraduate medical and nursing students with assured career prospects in the defence services. The college offers two UG courses - MBBS and B.Sc. nursing. MBBS is a 5 year course. Admissions to the MBBS course is done through NEET UG scores. The shortlisted candidates are then called for the interview rounds. Application process generally stands in the month of April.
