You cannot pursue BEd after 12th because the eligibility for BEd is graduation.

However, the courses which you can pursue are D.EL.ED - Diploma in Elementary Education which is of 2 year duration or B.El.Ed- Bachelor in Elementary Education which is of 4 year duration.

There are also colleges offering integrated courses like BA+BEd, Bsc+BEd. You can also enroll in these programme if you aim to pursue teaching as a career in future.
