I don't think there are any course namely for IAS. You can pursue any subject you want as you need to have a graduation degree only. Now the IAS is entirely dependent on the preparation. So if you can prepare well the coursework doesn't matter. If you see the syllabus then you may think that Arts students gets a lot of benefit but let me assure you that is not the case and if it is true then every year a lot of Engineers or doctors or science students will not be able to crack it. So you should study what you like to study and which will not feel like a burden to you because if your college subject became a burden for you then the UPSC Preparation will hamper. So choose wisely what you want to pursue by judging your potential and interest.
