Yes you pursue under graduation in jouralism and mass communication. This course is offered a quite a few Colleges, universities.
Furthermore diploma courses are available in mass communication by some universities which you can opt directly after 12th.
Ip university, Amity, Delhi University provide this course both as diploma and for under graduation.

Depends on the cutoff released by the university, please check du website www.du.ac.in to get a fair idea. For Amity and other universities, they conduct entrance exams and the minimum criteria for appearing is 60%in boards.
