Regarding your query to join the Indian Navy after 12th you can pursue National defense academy(NDA) the 10+2 B.Tech Cadet Entry Scheme.
You'll also need to pass the UPSC NDA exam and the SSD interview.
The education requirements for the following are:
For technical branches - 10+2 PCM
Min aggregate: 60 per cent to 70 per cent
English- 50 per cent to 60 per cent
For non-technical branches- 10+2 any stream
Min aggregate: 60 per cent
English- 50 per cent to 60 percent.
Indian Navy after 12th
After 12th, you can join the Navy through the following entries:
1) NDA (National Defence Academy):
This is the most common way to join as an officer.
You must clear the NDA exam conducted by UPSC twice a year.

Training: If selected, you’ll undergo 3 years of training at NDA (Pune) and then continue naval training at INA (Indian Naval Academy) in Ezhimala, Kerala.
2) 10+2 B.Tech Cadet Entry Scheme :
For candidates who have passed 12th with Physics, Chemistry, and Maths (PCM) and scored at least 70% aggregate.
Selection is based on JEE Main rank.
Training: You will undergo a 4-year B.Tech course at INA and become a technical officer in the Navy.
