See both of the colleges are good but if you want to go for a more job oriented course then I would recommend you to go for BCA. For both the courses to have a good career a Masters is widely recommended but if one wants to get a job after his/her bachelors then BCA candidates will have more opening available rather than BCOM graduates. So if you are interested in a job related course which can offer you a recruitment after your bachelors, then I would recommend you to go for BCA.
