After 4 years of graduation,What is good M-tech or MSC or JOB ???
After completing 4 years of graduation in engineering, this is he question in most of student's mind, as to what should be the next step?
To make it clear, if a student is having a job offer in hand and is interested in working may go for the job.
If a person is thinking about further studies and confused between Master of Technology and Master of Science, the difference is just like that of B. Sc and B.Tech , i.e. science and engineering background.
Pursuing M. Tech in the preferred specialization is always better than an M. Sc because of the industry needs. However, if the aim is getting into academics, any of the two courses will do.
Hey,
It all depends on your priority. If you are getting a good job after B.Tech and if you want to pursue it to gain experience, then go for the job. And if you want to learn more, to gain more knowledge and most importantly if you are interested in doing mastery in your subject then go for higher studies.
Now, after doing Bachelors in Technology it would be easier and beneficial for you to do M.Tech because you’ll be in alignment with your graduation stream that is "engineering".
But yes you can go for M.Sc as well if you want to go into teaching line or to pursue research in your subject then you can choose M.Sc in mechanical engineering.
Choose it wisely on the basis of your interest and priority.
Hope it helps!
Hello,
It depends on your interest that whether you want to do further studies or job and also from which field you are doing graduation..However doing mtech from any top institute like IITs would be a good option.Or if you want to go on research side.then you can start preparation for IITJAM to get admission in M.Sc course in IITs.
So it depends on your interest...all of these are good options but you should focus on only one thing.
Good luck.
