Sub Inspector recruitment is done by RPF, state police like AP Police as from your profile it seems you belong to AP, see generally the eligibility criteria for the post of Sub Inspector or even state PSCs exam is passed graduation in any discipline from a recognized university, hence you can appear for these exams even after completion of BPharm which is for a duration of four years, it's a graduate degree, however PharmD is doctorate level degree for a duration of six years.
